Once your project is completed and meets with your final approval, we can have your finished project published on the internet within minutes. Our Flash Video compression is far superior to what you might see on YouTube. You finished video will look better and display bigger than what others offer. iPod Video Media Conversion How much can you fit on one CD or DVD? We can fit 74 minutes of audio on one CD. We can fit 2 hours of video on one DVD. While it is possible to fit more than two hours on a DVD, there will be severe quality loss to your video. We want your video to look as good as possible, so we won't put more than two hours on each DVD. How long do you keep my files in your system? We keep all audio files indefinitely. If something happens to your CD or if you decide you want more copies, just call us to place the order. We will need your name and which CD you want additional copies of. There is no need to come into the store just to place your order. We keep all video files for two weeks. If you decide you want additional copies within that two week period, you can call us to place the order. Like with the CD's, we will need your name and which DVD you would like us to make additional copies of. How long will it take to convert my tapes/LP's? We complete each order as quickly as we can. All media has to be captured into the computer in real time. So if your tape is two hours long, it takes us two hours to get it into the computer before we can begin any work on it. Most orders are ready to pick up either same day or the following day depending on type of conversion and the time you dropped off the order. What if I want to edit my home movies?? No problem. Bring in your video tapes and once we have them captured into the computer, we will call you to schedule a time when you can come in and edit the video with us. You tell us which portions you want to keep and which ones you want to get rid of. We make all the edits with you right there so that you can be sure you are getting what you want. There is an additional charge for a side-by-side edit. WE DO NOT EDIT COPYRIGHTED DVD'S OR VHS TAPES. Can you put a picture on the cover of my audio conversion? We encourage you to bring in a photo for your audio conversions. There is no additional charge and it makes your finished CD look better. This is especially nice if we are converting an interview or funeral tape for you. Having a picture of the person that is on the tape increases the sentimental value of the CD for you. Can you convert my 8mm film/reels? Unfortunately, we no longer offer the service of converting 8mm film. We encourage you to contact a company in Kaysville called Digital Memorys. They can help you with these conversion. We can still do 8mm video cassette tapes, though. Can you convert PAL tapes? We do not have the capabilities to convert tapes that are in the PAL format. We can only accept NTSC tapes. I don't live in your area. Can you still convert my media for me? Yes we can. We have customers from Alaska to Tennessee. We will need a few things from you along with the media you want converted. 1) Your contact information including a return shipping address and a phone number/e-mail address so that we can contact you about your order. 2) The titles you want to have on your discs. 3) Any special instructions for your order (additional copies, any parts you want removed, etc.) Once we receive your media, we will contact you via phone or e-mail to let you know we have received it. Once your order is completed, we will contact you with the total amount of your order, including shipping. The shipping charges we bill you for are only the charges it took to actually ship the order. We will not charge you extra to profit from shipping. Do you clean up the audio of my media? Unless we are asked to, we do not clean up the audio on conversion orders. There are things we can do to clean up the audio but whenever these things are done, there is a chance that the audio you want to keep gets altered.
